If you have used your distribution Package manager for installing PlexyDesk, you can remove it from there.

MS Windows users should use the PlexyDesk Uninstaller that comes with PlexyDesk and is installed with it.

If you have compiled PlexyDesk from source code in any *nix, you should go into the 'build' folder and issue:

make uninstall
